I use this marinade mainly for beef. It it amazing with flank steak and filet. You can let the beef marinade for at least 4 hours, but I like to let it sit overnight to allow the flavors to develop. This recipe provides enough marinade for a 1.5 lb flank steak. If you have anything larger, I would double the recipe.
Ingredients
- 1/3 c olive oil
- 1/3 c soy sauce
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c honey
- 3/4 tbsp montreal steak seasoning
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients and whisk until everything is incorporated.
