I don’t know if I have met a person that didn’t have at least 1 crockpot in their house, but if you don’t, you need one…..seriously! There is no better feeling than putting something on before you leave in the morning and knowing on your drive home that dinner will be ready for you when you walk in the door. Of course, there is some prep before hand, and mornings can be crazy, so there is some planning that goes into using a crockpot, but it is totally worth it. I would much rather take a little time to do the prep in the morning than have to run through a fast food drive through in the evening because I don’t have time to cook a dinner from scratch. We actually have about 6 crockpots in our house…..I might have a problem with kitchen appliances…… But I can’t force myself to get rid of any.
