Roasted Red Skin Potatoes

This is an easy side dish that only takes about 5 minutes to prep.  Who doesn’t love potatoes?!?!?  These have a ton of flavor without having to put a lot of energy into them.

-Preheat oven to 425 degrees

-Wash potatoes and then cut them into wedges and place in a bowl.

-Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper together and pour over the potato wedges.

-Toss well to coat.

-Dump the potatoes onto a baking sheet lined with foil.

-Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.  Turn the potatoes over so that both sides can brown and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
