What is great about this recipe?? It’s great because I know that when the timer goes off, my complete meal is ready for the table. I won’t have 3-4 pans sitting on the stove waiting to be washed and a mess everywhere. When you live a busy life, that is such a great feeling.
I recommend cooking this recipe on high for 4 hours (even checking after 3 1/2 hours depending on how thin the chicken breast is). I have used the low setting and cooked for longer, but the chicken ended up very dry, so I don’t recommend this recipe as one to make while you are at work or if you know you will be gone for the majority of the day.
You could throw all the ingredients in the crockpot when you get home from work and before you are ready for bed, dinner will be done for tomorrow. It is great as a leftover.
