INSTANT POT!! This is by far one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. It honestly makes life so much easier for us busy moms and dads. I love that I can make food that has such developed flavors in such a short amount of time. There are some foods and recipes where the Instant Pot doesn’t necessarily cook it faster, but I love that I can put the food in, set the timer, and walk away without having to worry about the burner being on or if a pot will boil over. It allows me some extra time to clean up, get things ready for tomorrow, or just play with the kids for a little bit longer.
